The growth of apartments and Information technology companies have risen considerably in the past decade or so and most of these big and tall shops or buildings comprise of these apartments and corporate offices as their major customers. Despite these shortcomings, the world’s tallest building or shop is constructed recently in Dubai indicating the penetration of big and tall shops all over the world. Nowadays, it has become mandatory as the urban population is growing very rapidly and to cater the needs of the fast growing urban population these big and tall shops and buildings will be the solution but the value for money is completely lost with the emergence of these shops and buildings affecting the economy of a nation as a whole.
